We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Defective items are items that arrive with damage such as rips, holes, marks, or tears. Items are handmade and may show small imperfections. If you receive a defective item, please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving the item, at DollzWeLike@hotmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, you can send the item you consider defective to: DollzLikeThis Fashion, 933 Broad Street #2364, Portsmouth Virginia, 23707. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If items are lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will initiate a claim with USPS.

Refunds

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. *We will provide a store credit for the price of shipping and return shipping for defective items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dollzwelike@hotmail.com and send your item to: DollzLikeThis Fashion, 933 Broad Street #2364, Portsmouth Virginia, 23707. All items are made in limited quantities, so a replacement for an identical item may not be available.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DollzLikeThis Fashion, 933 Broad Street #2364, Portsmouth Virginia,  23707.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
