Items are handmade and may show small imperfections. If you receive a defective item, please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving the item, at DollzWeLike@hotmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If items are lost or damaged during the shipping process, we will initiate a claim with USPS.
Refunds
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. All items are made in limited quantities, so a replacement for an identical item may not be available.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
